All our jewellery is manufactured using specialised jewellers metal for costume jewellery.
While every precaution is taken, each person’s skin reacts differently to costume jewellery. A person’s acidity level plays a huge part in how the jewellery reacts to the skin just as much as chemicals such as deodorants, shampoo’s, perfumes, body lotions, hair sprays and lubricants. Classic Accessories will not be held liable if any reactions occur.
Yes, Classic Accessories is the only company that will alter your jewellery completely from what is advertised in our catalogues. We can alter the length of neckwear and bracelets, change plating from silver to gold and vice versa, change colour of stones depending on availability, change earrings from pierced to clip-on where possible and a lot more. Certain changes require an adjustment in prices and take a little longer to finish.
The simplest way to do this is to wipe off your jewellery with a clean dry cloth everyday once you have removed it but Classic Accessories does offer both jewellery cleaners and ear cleaner with instruction on how to use these products.
You will receive an order confirmation email with your tracking code after submitting your order. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder and add our details to your mailing list to prevent this happening to your future orders. Please feel free to contact us to confirm if we received your order.
Yes you can cancel your order immediately after placing it by sending us an email to do so. If any delivery details are incorrect please notify us ASAP so we can make the necessary changes prior to dispatching your order. If your order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately, will not cover the additional return shipping costs to get the product back to us and then to the correct address.
The only time that an order will be cancelled is if the payment confirmation has not come through successfully.
Yes you may add more products to your order but on a separate order. You can contact us to find out whether or not your order was dispatched. If not, we will send both orders out in the same delivery and credit you for one of the delivery fees charged at the checkout.
Yes you can track your order by emailing us at email@example.com and we will track down your order for you with the Courier Service.

Shipping fees of R80.00 will be added to your shopping cart if your order is less than R250.00.
Orders in excess of R250.00 will be free of shipping fees in South Africa.
Delivery will be made within 7 working days depending on payment confirmation and the area in which you reside and if there are any delays on the side of the courier companies we are using. Should this be the case, we will inform you as soon as we are made aware of the situation. If an order is placed on a Friday after 12pm or on weekends or public holidays, dispatch of these products will be released the next working day. Proof of payment must be received in order for us to dispatch deliveries.

Yes Classic Accessories has a repair service on all products purchased from us irrespective of how long ago it was purchased. Charges are incurred to have jewellery replated but all other services are free. Shipping costs incurred to send and receive repairs will be at your own cost.
