All Classic Accessories products have a 28-day return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange items after this time period. Items may however be repaired but terms and conditions apply.
Where an item is identified as having a manufacturing default, we will gladly repair, exchange, refund you in full, provided that your item is in the original condition you received it in.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of payment.
Items bought on Sale may not be returned for a credit or exchanged, they can only be repaired.
SPECIAL REQUEST ITEMS
Because special requests are jewellery items that are made to your specifications, they cannot be returned for a credit or exchanged. They may only be repaired. Shipping costs to send and receive these products will be on your cost.
Pierced earrings for hygienic purpose will not be accepted back for a credit or exchange. They may only be repaired. This includes: Pierced posts, fishhooks, Hook wires and French hook earrings.
You will need to return the items to our shipping address as seen below. We will notify you once we have received your returns. You will then have the option of having the items repaired, replaced or refunded to your credit card or original method of payment. Should you choose to have the item repaired, replaced or exchanged, we will send them to you at no additional delivery fees.

You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs when you return your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Depending on the location of your delivery address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
